1. A Windows application that can simulate a BACnet/IP Device Server on any PC with an Ethernet network adapter and connected to an Ethernet LAN. BACnet/IP Device Server can also be run on a Wi-Fi network interface.
   
2. Provides for creating and simulating standard object types like AI, AV, AO, BI, BV, BO, MSI, MSV, MSO, Calendar, Schedule and Notification Class.
3. Supports all standard BACnet Read/Write services including those required for COV and Intrinsic Reporting features support.
4. Bi-Directional Segmentation feature support.
5. Can act as a BBMD on the IP Subnet to which the Windows PC is connected to.
6. Confirmed and Unconfirmed COV notifications.
   
7. Intrinsic Reporting feature for Alarm/Event generation.
